Out With the Old, In With the New: Elevation Moves to a New Office!

After many years of being in our old office, we have finally transitioned into a new one! Office moves are always exciting and a bit chaotic. After months of hard work, our team was finally able to settle into our new space on Monday, July 30th. A lot of time and thought went into the new office to ensure a wonderful workplace for our team, so we thought we’d share a little bit about it on our blog.

In our previous office, each member of the team had a private cubicle but that’s not the case in our new space. We are going for a much more open environment in order to inspire teamwork and collaboration. Claire Pritchard, one of our account coordinators, says she “loves the open and airy feel to the new office. Most of the walls are glass, which encourages both transparency and synergy for the Client Services and Design teams to do our best work.” The aesthetic is modern, elegant, and innovative which reflect Elevation’s brand and company culture.

While we’ve only been here for a short time, we’re already starting to feel at home. Throughout the office, you’ll find over 4 different meeting rooms, a kitchen that’s fully stocked with snacks, a library for when employees want to work in a more secluded environment, and huge windows that offer beautiful natural light. Our digital outreach coordinator, Tori Randall, likes that “most of the office is illuminated by natural lighting, which I’m a really big fan of. It allows me to stay focused, creative, and awake throughout the entire day.”

So where is the new office? We are now located in Rivulon, a new business community in Gilbert, Arizona. Gilbert is becoming known as one of the country’s top up and coming technology hubs and places a heavy emphasis on innovation which made it an easy decision for our new office location.

Within the past year, we have seen substantial growth in revenue, clients, employees, and capabilities. Our new office speaks to this growth and what’s to come in the future. It will also allow us to accommodate our increase in capacity as we continue to grow. Cheers to new changes, we can’t wait to see what the future holds!
